NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
1. HOW TO ENTER: Contest valid between October 1st and December 31st, 2023 at 5:00 PM EST. To participate, customers must have a First Federal Bank debit card (https://www.ffbf.com/personal/checking)that is registered for uChoose Rewards (https://www.uchooserewards.com). Each transaction using this First Federal Bank debit card during the contest will count as an entry.
2. PRIZE: 10 winners chosen at random. Each winner will receive 10,000 uChoose points delivered directly to their account. Winner is responsible for payment of taxes on prize and for any other expenses not specified.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Anyone over the age of 18 may participate. Employees at First Federal Bank and family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contest subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and regulations, which shall be final.
4. HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE: Winners will be notified by private email and phone call on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024 at 5:00 PM EST.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: First Federal Bank is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials or stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible raffle entries. First Federal Bank will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this contest or any prize awarded.
6. WINNER LIST: For name of winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “First Federal Bank” Contest Winner, 4705 W Hwy 90, Lake City, FL 32055. Requests must be received by 1/15/24.
7. SPONSOR: First Federal Bank is donating the entire prize (valued at $100 per winner).
8. PRIVACY POLICY: All information provided to First Federal Bank is held in strict confidence and will not be given to a third party.
