FHA Case Number Requests

If you are a HUD-approved Authorized Agent, the case number assignment to First Federal Bank would need to be done by your institution in FHA connection showing First Federal Bank as the sponsor. First Federal Bank's FHA ID 30659-0000-1.

If you are a Sponsored Originator, the existing case number must be assigned to First Federal Bank by the sponsoring lender.  They will need FHA ID 30659-0000-1.  Your institution's tax ID will need to be reflected as the sponsored originator and First Federal Bank as the sponsor.
